Grohe taps looks good quality but shower pipe is not flexible bit stiff that's why we didn't install

Very good quality tap. It has a diffuser in the spout which is ideal for small cloakroom hand basins - reduces splashing. Easy to fit. I always trust the Grohe brand.one thing I like is that the cold point is configured so that the tap lever points front and center. Turn it to the left to mix with the hot water. Some other brands mix half and half when the lever faces you. It means that it is aesthetically appealing and potentially energy saving.

Excellent quality tap and fittings. It even provides a spanner for DIY fitting. Very easy to ensure no leaks. Highly recommended for DIY. Don't forget to purchase a pair Tap Tail Adaptors 15mm x 3/8" as well.

Great tap. Looks good and works a treat. This is the second one of these that we have installed. I highly recommend it

A normal tap is hot to the left cold to the right. This tap is hot to the left and centre cold which is a bit strange!

Tap failed after a few days . No hot water only cold comes out . Hot side works if I completely disconnect cold but leaks into cold side. Replaced with a different tap as need to sort it out on the same day. Have grohe taps at home and have had no problems. So maybe just a faulty unit.

This is a quality shower. Looks very nice and controls are easy. The only minor issue was I am using an existing shower rail and the hose is slightly bigger than my previous hose

Great tap except the flexitails that they come with aren't made to 15mm british spec. You have to buy a set of 3/8 to 15mm converters so they can be connected to your compression isolators. You'll need 2 olives as well. Having said all that the tap has a high end finish and the central position is full cold which is ideal and prevents the boiler firing up when you just need a quick bit of cold water.

This was a replacement for my bathroom washbasin tap and plug. The tap looks stylish and functions better than my last tap as does the plug.

Excellent taps , I am having my house renovated and they replaced a pair that were not working properly at all. These do the job and they feel solid.
As ever the team at Balham are brilliant and dealt with a delay in delivery speedily and efficeintly this time I talked to Gemma and Stephen. Stephen realised there had been a mix up with the delivery company and immediatly ordered a replacement for next day delivery, I have had a lot of work done on my house recently and Toolstation have been brilliant so far in resolving any issue , not that there have been many. The only two issues being the delively company and I have experiences issues when Argos for exampleuse them

Serious piece of quality kit exactly as expected from a quality manufacturer. Toolstation made obtaining this as simple as it could have been.

Lovely taps but by god the tails are a nightmare and cost me another £40 trying to find suitable connectors to marry to the isolation valves. Ended up having to use the old tails from the old tap

Solid Grohe, middle knob fell off after year and a half

Seems good enough build quality but non standard fittings and had to return as tap operates 90 Deg to left from centre, not 45 either way so no good for me (different from pic on website) Was returned with no issues.

Whilst organising a refurb of my son's en-suite, I fitted this Grohe bath mixer. It has wider bore hose than some and a very low resistance to water flow. Put together the shower above the bath fitted by the original builders as an afterthought, is with this unit, useable i.e. you don't have to kneel in the bath to wash your hair!

These were a replacement for old fashioned single taps on a bath . Well made smooth glide action. Highly recommend.
