Direct shipped item from G Handy's. First unit supplied had a fault (Unit did not start after 10 min of use, just kicked and stopped). Second unit had same fault. "Engineer" report said I needed to pull the trigger harder. REALLY!! The trigger is a speed resistive one that varies the speed depending on how much you pull it. It is not an on/off switch! Shows the level of competence of Handy's engineers. The no fault found unit was returned which was different to the one send back. Looked like they are swapping out used, returned units. Unit was marked and far from new. Great customer service from Toolstation but lost confidence in Greenworks and especially G Handy. Handy's arranged collection and after waiting in all day no one collected and no refund. 3 days on still the same. Would not recommend product and especially not one supplied via Handy's.
