Great strimmer and I'm very impressed with the performance so far. However, this isn't really supplied by Toolstation, but direct from their supplier Handy. Initially they sent an inferior Greenworks strimmer, and getting that issue sorted was just 4 days of heartache. Handy think they're too busy to handle phone calls direct from consumers (and say so on their telephone lines before it disconnects!) and toolstation just dropped the ball and did nothing for 3 days. I'm a Toolstation fan, but this experience means I'll never purchase anything online from them again that is marked as "shipped direct from supplier" and that you can't pick up direct from your local store. I'd advise anybody buying from them to do the same.
