Adequate piece of kit for the job. Like for like replacement fitted straight onto the backplate.
I bought two of these to fit on water heaters in a friends office. Hoping to save a little money by reducing out of hours running.
Timer is neat and fits in a single back box. You will need 2 screws to fix it to the back box which are not supplied. This is very annoying and penny pinching I’ve deducted a star for this.

Installed this a few weeks ago and have had no negative feedback as yet. I would say that this one needs setting for everyday of the week where as others i have used you just set it once and it does it automatically.

As another person commented the timer steps are large. I think they are less than 2 hours but it is hard to tell from the scale. There are now screws provided to fix to back box and no earth terminal to link an earth connection through. This product is more cheapskate and not cheap and cheerful.. Consider what you need carefully before you purchase and remember that you might have to spend a further £6 to get the fixing screws and a terminal block. I am a chartered Electrical Engineer.
The periods of time are too great ie. 2hrs, giving very restricted control over the settings
May look a little old fashioned but there are no buttons to press when you need to see a full review of your settings, so user friendly.
