Bought these to give extra height to my armchair and make it moveable. They are certainly heavy duty castors and look quite reasonable on the arm chair. Will probably convert the other armchair. Yes I would recommend them. Two of the 4 castors had a brake and otherwise the same as the straight swivel ones.
The most important thing about casters is how much weight they can handle safety. Unfortunately Toolstation don’t state what the weight capacity is in their description or specifications. Or whether they have grease nipples for the wheels or the cater bearings.
Good news folks. The weight capacity is impressive probably over 300kg for each caster so making a dolly with 4 casters can carry over a ton / 1,000kg
I recommend you get a grease gun as well so you can grease the wheels and casters before use
Bearings very wobbly, grease nipples cross threaded - one needed drilling out to admit grease (which will probably squirt and leak out freely), none have one way ball and spring loading, apart from that they’re ok!
Nothing fancy just a good working product and good value

Can’t leave a review because either tool station or Parcelforce failed to comply with the instructions about delivery, really annoyed because I wanted to use them this weekend.
Will think twice about ordering for delivery again.
