Cheap, solid and fireproof rated for emergency exit doors. They do what hinges do, open and shut, but don’t rust. Only issue is limp screw heads- very easy to round out with the impact driver.
I wanted a pair of hinges, simple, just the thing to sort out a weekend job. They were in stock and I ordered them online Thursday evening to collect Friday morning, but when I checked with the depot in the morning they were not not available until Monday morning. That put paid to the weekend job I had lined up and it could not be done until the next weekend.
But I called the shop. They had a similar item in stock, similar price, come and get it now, pay again but they would refund the payment for the original order.
Come Monday I had collected the hinges, done the job, and the refund was credited to my card. So easy, that's called service. Well, done Toolstation.
