Does the job and is inexpensive. Ideal for low-traffic domestic use.
My bedroom door hinge just broke, so I visited the Tool Station to get a replacement . Very good service.
Apparently, these are fire rated, and i thought we had to use roller ball hinges... Happy days
The hinges did the job perfectly once fitted however the screw holes were in opposite positions to the hinges that I was replacing. This was my fault but justified by not being able to find a direct kite marked fire resistant replacement for the existing hinges.
This made it a bigger than necessary job but doable.

Easy to use fire rated hinges, used to replace identical sized but non rated hinges in a rental. They seem a decent product, shame the screw holes didn't line up exactly with the old- they may not be a standard. They do NOT come with screws fyi.
These items are on clearance,why because as said in other reviews, corrosion and seized.One was ok clean and working.Other was siezed and when I did get it opened it was corroded.Had to remove pin to get it to open without vise and mole grips.Pin was corroded full length,had to use drill and wet and dry to clean it up,but still corrosion on hinge.Greased and put back together now ok and used internal door,should be ok.As it was only 50p not worth returning.
Sent back as hinges do not fold flat so forced door over, shame.

These hinges compare very favourably against any other hinges at this price point. So much stronger than the ones sold by the opposition. Precisely made and very durable.
Unfortunately rusty hinges, will be returning as soon as i can.
These hinges came in a clear sealed packet which surprises me that they were rusty when trying to fit them. At first I thought they were faulty with a damaged pin as they would not open manually from closed position without loads of force. I sprayed a small amount of wd40 to be able to fully open from closed and now they are working as what was expected.
