Generally quite good, noisy to use and blade seems to dull fairly quickly. Picture doesn't bear much resemblance to actual colour and finish, think cad passivated rather than copper.
simple good quality product that works well and reliably
Its a really solidly made tool. I've been using it to remove bitumen paint from timber. it's not magic there will be remnants but the majority is gone and the carbide blade is still sharp dispite how rough and heavily I've used it. if you have a diamond stone you should be able to sharpen and touch up the edge when it gets dull.
Perfect for removing old vynil floor tiles from wooden floor
I first saw this being used by professional window repairers 25 years ago. I got one myself and used it for many years as a decorator. It's also great for domestic use, ovens ,windows etc. I still use the 25 year old one, but thought I would treat myself to a new shiny one. The tungsten blade is seemingly everlasting.
i bought one of these a few years ago and LOVED it, it is rugged and sharp and so easy to use, it fits in my hand at the right angle. I scraped a lot of old paint, and also smoothed some wood surfaces. Last week I needed it again but couldn't find it, so without delay I bought a new one. For me it is indispensible, and if i need to have two so I can lay my hand on one when I need it, that is fine.
Great scraper, spare blades are expensive but they do the job. Easy to use
Excellent scraper ideal for getting right back to wood through all the old paint
Nifty little tool made scaping paint so easy. Although a little noiser than I expected.
Great tool does what it should. Used to paint scrape
Sharp strong handle precision for safely paint layers removal on old gloss door
Bought to remove varnish from a oak cabinet. Works perfect.
This scraper tool was amazing! It got right into the tight corners and removed the varnish that our detail sander wouldn't reach. Blade is very robust and will turn over, so if you only have a couple of tight corners this will do the job. Alternatively, toolstation also sell a pack of 5 blades, so all good!
Its great works well for what I need gets the overspill of glue when it’s gone hard
A great tool to remove loose paint from woodwork. Much easier than using a heat gun, particularly when paint is already flaking.
Good quality carbide scraper for little money. Recommended
Excellent tool. Good for scraping old paint , varnish off different surfaces
If you need to remove paint from door linings, skirting, stair risers and architraves this tool is what you need. The blade has two edges but the pack of spare blades seems quite steep, but this tool is invaluable.
Absolutely great. I completed the job in no time at all. The blade was again far better than I expected.
Solid scraper very good but the one dimension on the blade means it is only good for limited uses
