Quality is ok for the price paid. Ideal for our side gate, looks quite nice in black. But, I think the galv product would be just as good to be honest.

A good quality latch. The fixings were ok, but a couple of the screws sheered when being tightened.

I bought this gate latch instead of a cheaper one that was available. It was well worth it. Great quality and finish this more solid latch was easy to fit and has additional benefits than it’s cheaper counterpart - a deeper notch in the latch receiver and two connecting bars of different length, the shorter one fitted my gate perfectly. A great product well packaged.
This was the perfect solution for my parent’s gate. Larger handle ensured they can grip the handles on both sides and provide reassurance for them. A big problem solved with this product.
Unfortunately this purchase had a faulty handle that would not turn. The Toolstation team arranged a replacement (which was faultless) within 24 hours. Great support from the team.
