Bought to replace a standard shoot bolt on a rear gate. Customer wanted more security with the ability for carers to let themselves in with a key. Easily fitted , the lock materials seemed of a very good quality and the customer was more than happy. Would definitely recommend.

Ignore other reviews saying comes with everything you need, it doesn't!!! you will need to find your own 28mm spade drill bit (for the main hole the lock goes through) & a 4mm wood drill bit (for the screws pilot holes), I think for the price of the lock, they should at least have included these drill bits needed, disappointed!!! but the lock itself is good & easy to fit, once you have all the tools needed.

Beats every other product available. Don’t fit a gate to the side of your house without one of these and “cactus spikes” or “Bird spikes” on the top of the gate. Offers excellent security as a combo. I’ve fitted one at home and 5 at customers homes.

I gave the product 5 stars because it works well most of the time except when the weather is freezing. The lock freezes up and I can't open it and have to use a kettle of boiling water to thaw it! Definitely a drawback.
Very solid lock easy to fit, the supply of 22mm drill bit is very handy. 50mm depth is the maximum unless you are prepared to have the exterior lock recessed! 5 keys is also very good. Overall good value!
