This lock is sturdy and just what we needed to secure the gate for my Mum, great that it can be secured with the thumb lock without the key.
Well made metal lock for a gate or shed door easily installed with the templates. However I would recommend that you get your own bits as the supplied ones are very flimsy. I would also recommend that you check on the size of the gate thickness as it is quite tight.
Well built solid gate lock, wouldn’t even try anything else. Comes with everything you need to install and take 5/10 mins to install providing absolute piece of mind and ease of use.

Look’s a great product was a bit apprehensive at first.very easy to fit to gate on the app photo it looks like the escutcheon is fixed to the cylinder but it comes loose and fits over the cylinder even on a feather edge boarded gate
Giving it five stars but time will tell.
I managed to fit this between the bars of a wrought iron gate. It is a solid lock. The long throw was perfect. Really happy. It prevented a potential burglar from getting easy access round the side of our house. (Seen on security camera)
I bought one of these to replace an exactly similar one which had collapsed after only 5 years. Out of the box, the lock feels like a bit of quality engineering. It may have a solid stainless bolt but the lock mechanism contains a part (iron O-ring?) which rusts and the whole lock falls apart. I don't think 5 years is long enough for a lock of this price but I had to get the same again as it was the easiest way of re-securing my gate in a hurry. Of course, the new models may have corrected this fault: I don't know.

Quite expensive but appears to be of very good quality. Easy to install. Came with the required tools, bits, and templates to make installation easy. Bunch of spare keys etc. Nice smooth action. Hopefully will provide many years of service.
Great lock. Really nice quality and really easy to fit. Once fitted, this lock is really strong.
Extremely good quality gate lock, left or right hand fitting straight out of the box. Very easy to fit. Drill bits and fixings included. Probably more expensive than most people would want to pay but worth it.
This lock looks the part. In my view it is a better option that a padlock as key access is from both sides. A cutter is provided so installation is a doddle.
Simple to fit with included template for left and right handed doors. Top lock, anyone getting in will be better off trying to go through the walls!
