Good price and quality ground staples, as with all of these type of products will bend in hard ground
They ground staples could do with being a bit heavier gauge material as I bent quite a few of them so I did.

Decent quality product and hold the membrane in place whilst you put the gravel on top. I’ve yet to see how long they last in the ground.

These seem well made and the plating is good. Maybe a tad expensive considering what they are but more likely to last than the plastic alternatives
Available in two lengths used the shorter length for my ground situation. Good size bag (25);good price and readily available from my local Toolstation store.

Yeah these are fine, I didn’t use when I put down weed suppressing fabric in the past and it was ok but this makes it feel a bit more certain..keep the £%@! foxes out I hope! I can’t understand these plonkers writing reviews saying they bend..the sort of person who decides driving a skinny moulding pin into solid oak is an easy thing to attempt and when it doesn’t work out..it’s the nails fault right?? Even then..who fails a few times and keeps on going until they’ve seamingly bent half the pack! Change tactics! What’s the matter with you? I decided seeing these comments if the ground seemed hard I’d just go over it first and turn over the top layer..I only had a potting trowel but I don’t have a grand mansions drive way to do so it was ok, then I just pushed them home and adjusted if something got in the way. I figure it’ll rain a few times and steady up round the pins. I read for soft ground you use them every foot, for hard ground you can go up to 600mm spacing ..how you get them in then..unsure! I continued this throughout rather than just doing the perimeter..again..thinking of foxy friends. You do a pack of 50 quicker than you’d think, I found around 2.5m sq of bed..that was it.

When laying weed fabric or landscaping fabric these are amazing for keeping it in place and for joints etc just gutted that ive never come across these 20yrs ago. Definately reckomend

A simple but effective staple for holding down weed suppressing membrane so it doesn't blow away before you have had the chance to put something on top of it. Robust enough to be tapped lightly into place on stony ground.
