Franke Bern Mono Mixer Kitchen Tap Chrome

Stylish designer tap ordered on-line for next day delivery - ordered on Friday so due Monday.

I did have to call into the depot as I did not receive a txt on product arrival - someone had scratched out from the box my contact details.

Apart from the contact hiccup I am satisfied with product but it will not be fitted until January.

Bought to replace identical one as we knew it would fit. Old one lasted only 8 years and has destroyed itself. Hated having to buy another

Very stylish taps. They replaced an identical set from which I cdn’t remove a washer cylinder.

Look great.. but started leaking after 3 years repaired not water gland . Come to repair cold side, absolute nightmare!
Could not get the gland to crack, then the end sheered off leaving the gland well and truly stuck inside. The taps no good....The end of the original glands are not a hex shape and even with correct shape tool it still would not budge.
Given up! Currently looking news taps.

This item has a leak on the neck sadly. Franke are undeniably the absolute best in kitchen taps. I've found them to be the best quality ever. My last tap tap lasted 15yrs. Only removed for a modern one. I've always only bought Franke. I have to return this sadly. More than likely damaged in transit as I ordered it for delivery??

Poor quality and overpriced

This was a replacement tap for one we already had which had broken. Bought same so we didn't have to cut into granite worktop & were happy with original

initially sent me a cranked tap then agreed.to replace. then sent me a £20 tap as a replacement. Took 3 days for replacement, annoyed my plumber. Finally got the right one. Tap itself is nice

Nice looking tap but has not lasted long. Tried to repair but easier to just buy another tap. The old budget tap is still going strong in the utility room, having been in the kitchen for 13yrs, the Franke one is in the bin after 4yrs.

This has turned a 90's kitchen to a new age era.Despite the rather expensive price, the water seems to be even more powerful.Well worth investment.

I purchased this mixer tap a while ago but haven't got round to fitting it yet.I don't envisage a problem as this is a quality product for a great price.

Wanted something a bit different and this really looks lovely on our modern type sink. So glad we settled on this one. The pressure from the hot tap is slightly lower than before. Was slightly more expensive than we wanted to pay!
