Excellent quality tap. Ordered to replace exactly same tap that I installed 5 years ago. Doesn't come cheap but worth having this tap in any good kitchen.

I;ve had numerous kitchen taps over the years this is by far the best quality tap . I slight drawback is the water tails are too short I had to use the exsisting ones!!

Good quality and easy to fit as replacement for worn-out tap on franke sink. Now our tap doesn't drip and the water comes out in a foaming jet. Easily turn on and offable.

Came in original sealed Franke packaging, with all the expected bits, including flexible connections, O-rings etc, as required for fixing to a sink. I chose the chrome finish version, and it all looks rather smart. The taps work smoothly with a quarter-turn to switch between on and off. In the off position there is no dripping at all at present- I hope that continues. Incidentally I found that the original Franke ceramic 20-spline cartridges in these taps are compatible with basic ceramic cartridges readily available in stores.

Customer wanted a mid range tap as the existing was not repairable.

Tap was what I needed and arrived on time. As on the packet

Replaced our utility room tap with the same model (Frankie Athena) we have in our kitchen which has been reliable.I echo other reviews that highlight that the relatively short tails supplied can make installation more awkward as does the short brass securing nut ( most others have a longer column nut) Also a reinforcement plate for stainless steel sinks is not supplied so I reused my old one. In summary a nice tap let down by a bit of cost cutting.

It's an OK tap, nothing special to justify the price. I'm sure many taps at half the price will last just as long and look virtually the same. The main reason for the 2 stars is the fact that it is supplied with ridiculously short tail pipes which just added unnecessary awkwardness to the job

This is a replacement for a previous Athena tap that had started leaking after a number of years due to hard water corrosion. We liked the style of the tap so were happy to buy a replacement. Very happy with our new one
