A good quality weighty tap with smooth levers. Got this one to replace an existing Franke tap that lasted for 14 years. I only changed the valves once so decided on another similar tap with the same dimensions. Easy to fit but you will have to buy a male and female 1/2 inch to 15mm connectors to fit the flexi tails to your 15mm pipes. Hopefully this one will last like the previous one.
Comes with two tails. One is a normal connection hot water tail. The cold water tail comes with a MALE connector )has a no return valve). This will not connect directly to the isolation valve. Your pipework will need modification.
Either buy a set of connectors or be willing to change your pipework/pay for fitting the tap.
Great quality tap, with nice finish and includes fitting for stiffening the sink underside.
Tap seems okay and looks to be good quality- time will tell. 2 problems installing it that people should be aware of. 1/ the supplied hot and cold tails have different connections and were not compatible with my existing pipe work. This is not made clear in the toolstation description nor any photo images - beware, you might be having more trips to the toolstation to be able to fit this. 2/ the instructions are poor. Didn’t mention the different connections and also the attachment to the sink seems to have different fittings but only one described.
Replaced a previous one due to corrosion of the fixing washer. The eccentric placemet of this had obviously allowed a tiny but deadly leak. Tap is otherwise just fine.
Quality product solid build needed a longer anchor bolt as the tap was fixed to a marble surface

Out of the box this tap looks like a very good quality product. Obviously, time will tell how well the chrome finish lasts but so far, I like the style and finish of the tap.
Fitted a Range master tap and then fitted this on another job straight after . The Frankie tap feels better quality and also comes with flex connector’s to help with installation. Well Recommended!
