Easy to fit. Very happy with the product. Hopefully it will last 10 years like our previous one.
I looked up on line and saw my local Redhill branch had the item in stock. I went there and gave the person over the counter the part I required. He said it was next day delivery. I then told him it showed one in stock. Again he said no it would be next day. So I ordered and paid.
I went outside to my van and checked again on line and it showed one in stock. When I checked my emails I saw he had ordered the wrong part.
I went back inside and spoke to him telling him what he had done. He then got the right item and I paid. I asked him to cancel the wrong part he had ordered and give me a refund.
Oh not that simple he said he could not do that until the part was delivered to them.
My only option was to go back when it was in and ask for a refund.
A complete joke meaning another journey to the store just to get my refund for his incompetence ordering the wrong part. Also I couldn’t phone when in and ask for a refund to the card I had paid it with. No he said I had to go there in person to get the refund,
I left very angry and the cost of returning the next day for an item I didn’t even want.
A complete joke
Gets better when they ask for your name on this review and someone in the world of Toolstation has already used that name. Really!
Decent quality and fair price. Screws also enclosed
Does the job intended. Decent finish and a strong spring. The brush provides good draught proofing. Easy to fit.
I bought the same white letterplate around three years ago and it has generally been fine. The reason for replacement was a broken plastic flap hinge (everything l plastic!). When comparing the old and new side by side, it is very noticeable how much the plastic on the earlier one has yellowed over time. The new unit looks much better, but the long-term colour stability of the plastic may be a limitation.
No more drafts through my letter box. Just what I wanted. A breeze to fit.
A straight swap for existing one, so no problems there. Metal flap and plastic frame so should be weather proof (only time will tell)
Needed a speedy replacement after existing letterbox was damaged taking furniture into the property. Perfect, easy to install replacement. Good value.
Excellent product, very easy to fit , looks very good
This letter plate replaced an old rusty one. It was a perfect fit and was easy to fit.
I thought it was going to be better than it was. Quite disappointing
Fantastic product at a very more than reasonable price
Easy to fit and looks good. Good price too. Very happy with this.
letterbox replacement fitted well took very short time to replace old broken letterbox
Staff rude, no basic manner. ‘What’s your postcode”
Fitted well. Fits the letterbox well and reduces the drafts
Good service easy to use website and easy collection
Very easy to fit, nice colour against a black door, ordered 10 minutes before picking up
Didn't want to adapt/alter original door therefore this fitted over the aperture easily. Ten minutes including removing the old outer letterbox
Helpful, pleasant staff. Quick service without any problems. Thankyou.
