Does what its supposed to. Basic but good quality.
This service valve fit quite well to what I've replaced and has resolved my leaking issue.
Bought two of these and both ended up in the bin simply because the most important component the rubber sealing washer is half the thickness it should be and is made of fairies underpants. The valve wouldn't fit tightly because of this and believe it or not, if you dont have a good seal on a valve carrying water the water will come out....
I recently bought a new close couple toilet and cistern and and thought I’d buy one of these inlet valve connectors with a built in isolator so that I could turn off the water supply if needed, I read the reviews and they were mostly positive, I fitted the valve, turned on the water supply at the stop tap and the valve absolutely flooded out of the joint between the main valve body and the connection on the valve itself, I tried to repair it but it still leaked badly, I was very annoyed as I had to break off and fetch another valve but as I was met with similar issues from other people with regards to similar valves I decided to buy a flexible type, I was very annoyed about this too as I wanted to box the pipe work in with just the valve connector exposed, anyway I didn’t return it as it was further to travel and I completely disgusted with the wasted time and money, don’t bother with these, complete rubbish ☹️

Easy to install flow restrictor for my tap. Enabled me to balance the unequal hot and cold flow pressures.

very pleased with the availability of the valve for the same day pick up, which I could not find in any other store. At the pick up shop, they were very helpful and tried to find another similar valve for me.
No problem fitting it and making it seal. Note, tbe included washer on tne tap connector end is rubber not fibre, which sealed with little effort.
Did the job in hand and performed ok. I would recommend this product
Nice isolation valve with the necessary fitting to conect to one of the two different flexible pipes that came with my new Franke kitchen tap.

Bought this to replace a worn out one. Didn't expect it to be shorter than the old one, but it is, so if (like me) the pipework it needs to connect to is rigid - you are stuffed!
This is a great Item, however it is not yet fitted but it seems like a good quality product
Pretty simple service valve, does what it’s meant to do- I prefer this as it uses a rubber washer which means your don’t have to tighten it as much as one with a fibre washer which can in turn sometimes loosen other parts when doing so.
