I am not a toilet technician, but I was able to fit this easily. Take your time, read the instructions, and you too could be looking forward to a lifetime of trouble free flushing. I removed a star because it gurgles when refilling. But it does flush flawlessly, with just the right amount of resistance. Any more would require too much exertion, any less would suggest cheapness. Your guests will be impressed, I am sure it will be a talking point when we have visitors.

The size of the syphon is ideal to fit in any wc cistern. Soft operation and quiet. Would definitely recommend.
Easy to fit and very reliable. I have been fitting these syphons for 10 years and never had a problem.
This is only useful if you want to use it on the lowest height setting. The locking ring is so weak that if set to the maximum height then the syphon is pulled up and then the full flush doesn’t work. I’ve had to bin it and buy a fixed 9.5” height version.

Toilet stopped flushing so after some YouTube'ing I settled on this Syphon...
Being a closed coupled system I didn't want to go through the ordeal of having to remove everything if the only thing I need to change is the diafram ... This unit supposedly allows you to pull it apart and change the diafram quickly and easily in the future
Very nice flush, no leaks & is so customisable to fit your toilet... It also has a water saving short flush ability right out the box!!!

nice compact syphon - well made and easy to fit - I originally bought a cheaper unit but found it to be too wide to fit in the cistern [Tip always check dimensions in future!!], but Toolstation came to the rescue with Fluidmaster - apparently this model can also be fitted to existing inlet stems so very versatile.
It sits well in our 20 years old cistern and the removable top half of the syphon serves an excellent purpose if the diaphragms is torn and needs to be replaced. Well made and the required height is easy to adjust. My only issue is the C link is just too long for our flush lever so I have to use the old one.

Very easy to fit, in fact the instructions on adjustments made it seem harder than it was. Bought to replace broken syphon and was pleased it allowed dual flush. I found the operating "hook" was a bit too long but I was able to use the hook from the old flush which saved the fiddle of bending the wire to shorten it.
Excellent replacement Syphon worth the extra money compared to other available syyphons. Compact size makes for an easy fit. A quality product. Operation feels very smooth and flush seems mor powerful.
