I have fitted over fifty of these over the last five or six years. Never had a leak and it makes tap and fill valve changes a breeze.

Easy to connect and works fine. Only downside is that when the pipe bends in anyway it folds and kinks so could potentially lead to reduced flow, so could be better made/more durable.

Purchased as existing fitting appeared to be leaking. Difficult to access and assumed this would be easier to fit. However when finally got access to the existing fitting found it was one of these. Unsure if this or cistern valve causing problem so needed to replace both. Did not use this hose as felt the plastic nut was a bit large for the confined space. So expect I will use on next job.
I tried & tried to fit this, was such a pain turning water on & off for it just to leak. Looked up how to fit on YouTube & followed those instructions & voila, worked first time. Still a tiny leak on the metal not end but thats potentially my pipe so wont blame this product
Easy and simple to install. Simply tight by hand until it clicks once and that's it.
Easy to install in a tight space. However, if your toilet cistern supply valve is slightly enclosed then you may have a little difficulty to turn the head of the click thread as I did. I needed an adjustable spanner to help with the strength of the grip to get it to click. However, I'd have totally struggled with a traditional fitting.

Excellent product and easy to install
I was installing a new toilet with a Fluidmaster inlet vale, so this seemed to be a good match. In addition the concept of the Click-seal nut, "no Leaks" guaranteed sounded great and price wise it was about the same as a normal Flexible Tap Connector.
However, the Click-seal nut is substantially larger than a standard 1/2" connection and the toilet I was fitting is designed with a hole in the porcelain for a standard 1/2" connection and pipes. So in summary, this Fluidmaster Click Seal hose wouldn't fit. I checked a couple of other toilets in my house, and it wouldn't fit those either.
So if you have a toilet with a large hole in the porcelain where the pipe will connect, then I'm sure it would be a good product (so then it would be 5*), however, I suspect that it will be an issue with most toilets, so the reason for my 1* rating
