Fluid master Click Seal Flexible hose worked as expected joining concealed toilet to water supply.
The actual product is great and very easy to fit, but the photo is slightly misleading as it shows it as being a version with a shut off valve which is not correct. Unfortunately, it seems that they do not make the 500 mil version with a shut off valve.
This item is very impressive and extremely easy to use. Its well worth paying the wxtra and buying this product. I will be buying it again the next time I need one
Wasn't to impressed with this item returned but to find it was the plastic pipe at fault not the item.
Good to get you out of a jam but not very flexible probably not worth the bother, great if your thread is cross threaded

The right part for the job. Very easy to fit. Good quality fitment. Replaced 6 years old one 300mm with 500mm so less pressure on the bend.
Excellent piece of kit, used to connect cistern to water supply. Impossible to overtighten especially on plastic threads. For reference this does not incorporate an isolation valve as the picture shows.
Good solid product, would benefit from a built in stop valve.
Simple and easy to fit. Click sound when fully tightened and seal contacts so you don’t stress the joint. Perfect product 👍😀
Excellent product. Has a cone shaped rubber washer so it seals against tap stubs nicely
I was surprised at how good this actually was. I purchased it for no other reason than it was the only size in stock in my local branch. The previous installer had worked on this toilet inlet that was hard to reach. I whipped the toilet out to get more space and noticed that the inlet was cross threaded and gummed up with plumbers mait. I wasn't sure this would work but I applied the plastic nut to the PVC inlet and turned it until it clicked. No leaks. Great job.

This the wrong picture for this hose. The hose doesn't come with the valve as in this picture. Consequently, I've wasted two journeys and fuel going back to Toolstation
