Didn't come with silent fill bag does the job a bit sticky hard to set to desired fill level.
Too tall for my vintage cistern☹️ so I had to shorten the plastic connection between the float chamber and valve to get a functioning water level
Bottom entry filling . Easy to install came with all the bits required to complete the repair/ replacement
Very good so far. Very easy to install. Not quite as quiet as expected from the manufacturers description but not a problem.
Good quality product purchased to replace a cheap filler valve that was constantly running.
The air gap feature is a good idea to help save water.
I'm not happy with this product...the water came up to 25mm below the old mark so I tried adjusting it and it runs through the overflow every time...I must've tried it about 100 times...also not as silent as they said...I won't be buying again.
Easy to fit, found the water level adjustment needs to be gone back to a few times. works fine.
A week in and this replacement appears to be sound; Toolstation were prompt in supplying a replacement unit.
The first one passed sufficient water overnight to raise the cistern level ca 2 cm. HOWEVER this may have been caused by a trace of Boss White entering the system or misc debris preventing a tight shut off seal so it may not have been the fault of the unit.
I would recommend anyone contemplating fitting one of these units to thoroughly become conversant with adjustment process prior to fitting. Following the adjustment procedure, ensure that the float assembly is pushed down on the vertical inlet shaft until it clicks into place. Not loud by any means but not as quiet as led to believe.

I needed something to stop water hammer activating a combi boiler. The airgap 6000 sorted it. Easy to fit. Very pleased with the result. If I can fit one, anyone can.
Does what it say easy to fit , relatively quiet fill. Feels sturdy product, like brass connection instead of plastic like others.
After nearly an hour fitting this valve it was dissapointing to find the float sticks!

The plastic mechanism could have been a bit more sturdy. A better quality rubber washer and a spare washer would be nice. The fill noise is on the high side. Overall this product is good.
The height adjustment is flawed. Instead of the usual adjustment by telescoping to correct height and rotating to lock, the green float enclosure is slid up to unlock and slid down to lock. When the cistern fills up if you have set the height to a lower setting, the water pressure sometimes pushes the green housing up, unlocking the height setting and pushing the valve mechanism into the lid of the cistern. Utter rubbish in any shorter cistern. The micro adjustment is also flawed, as the screw is prone to slight movement meaning it will catch on the housing, preventing the float from dropping back down.
Very pleased with the product, can hear it fill & shut off unlike the bottom fill type, good product
What is great about this product, is the brass incert with plastic nut, usually it’s all plastic and that’s why l went for this product, as it was easy to fit and great on value.
