Easy to fit and set the flush level, which has a lot of adjustment height. Quiet to fill and working well.

This item is so easy to install I could do it with my eyes closed.the presets water level is spot on.

Fitted these before. A good product and very quiet in operation
Very quiet and good refill rate. Float height adjustment is useful and was needed for our cistern. Pervious one lasted for about four years before the diaphragm started playing up. Could have just tried replacing the diaphragm but for the price decided on a complete new valve.
Obviously a great valve. I was trying to fit this as a side entry replacement in an old cistern and did not want any complications because i am no good at diy. In the end i couldnt use this excellent valve because the floaty depth gauge bit was fouling on the side of the cistern. If it had been possible to rearrange the pieces on the valve so they could have been reversed that would have helped. It would also have helped if i had a clue. But v good quality item.

This was a straight forward replacement.
Simple to do as it is all easy to get to without removing the whole water system.
Used for header tank above a bed room. In operation it is very quiet. No knocking unlike its predecessor.
Always use fluidmaster valves as there the best I've ever used & handy to be able to get one near home through toolstation, again one of my favourites.
Swapped out an old scaled up valve with a new of the same make. Toolstation seems well stocked for what I needed
This was a direct replacement for a defunct side fill valve that failed , it was easy to swap over and you do have to take care not to lose the fibre washer in the supply pipe, but it was easy to adjust and set up.
It’s a lot quieter than the previous valve !
Does what it is supposed to do quietly. I bought it to replace a cheap one that came with the concealed cistern which kept hammering.

Bought as replacement for existing unit. Easy and straight forward to fit, easy to adjust. Just the job.
Went to the shop in Hertford not knowing exactly what I needed and the staff were extremely helpful and provided me with good advice and the product was low cost, easy to fit and resolved my Christmas Eve problem perfectly. Well done Toolstation and especially your counter staff.

Replaced a Torbeck valve that was creating a water hammer with reduced mains pressure this summer after Severn Trent did some emergency work. The hammer has gone, so is that because the mains pressure has been restored or the new valve? Either way the Fluidmaster is working well. Marked down by one star because the flats machined on the threaded brass inlet pipe are too narrow for most of my spanners to fit properly. Otherwise no issues
