Did not fit with 30mm pipe outlet - looks like it needed another adaptor piece but this wasn’t obvious or provided. Had to return for solvent fitting instead.

What a life saver ,would have been an extremely difficult job to plumb in the waste from a one and half sink into a 600mm base unit . It made more space in the cupboard by using the flexible pipe to create a sweeping bend to the existing waste.

Not up to the job, when connected to a solid pipe via a straight connector there is a small leak where they join.
My initial thought were that it was the connector at fault, so I purchased another one and it did exactly the same.
When the connector was fitted to a solid pipe, there were NO leaks and reasonable force had to be used to push the pipe into the connector, which was not the case with the flexible pipe. Perhaps the diameter of the flexible pipe is not quite 40mm!

Very flexible and ideal for use where space is limited. Also, perfect for manoeuvring past obstacles and pipes that obstruct a straight path. Seems quite robust also, so should last for many years.
This made a difficult plumbing job much easier. Used to plumb in a shower pod that needs to be movable.
I would say it’s worth tightening the connections on each end prior to fitting as they are only finger tight on arrival.

Very sturdy and versatile. Five minutes of hacksawing to convert it for 40mm drain system and fits together very securely.
