Returned the hoses because bore was stated as 10mm but it was actually 6.5mm diameter. That’s 42% of the cross section area so very significant

Concerns that the 10mm bore may reduce flow rate are probably not justified at this length when primarily feeding a shower system. The flexibility makes it ideal for getting round corners in tight situations, particularly when retro-fitting. The stainless steel sheathing should resist deterioration under any damp conditions and the plastic pipe within should hopefully cope with water at 60-70 deg C.
