I needed a quick and reliable solution to connect my new IKEA tap to the water supply. I never have to look further than Toolstation to give me the answer.

Easy to use does job as intended . One tip if using existing olive & nut DONT ! Use nut & olive as supplied. I tried to couple to existing , olive to end of copper pipe was longer & tightened up on the mechanism and could’t turn .
Easy to fit and does the job properly where previously the fitting had an olive fitting both ends and was totally unsuitable for a tap with tails and a flat washer. The one down side is care needs to be taken to ensure it is properly closed - screwdriver slot properly at a right angle to the flow.
These valves are excellent and easy to fit and look good onsite.

Use to connect a new kitchen tap to existing pipe work, you can isolate the tap if needed. Remember they also stock the 3/8" one's so check which is required, as the top flexible tails come in 1/2" & 3/8"
I replaced some old fashioned taps, so needed to add flat faced fittings. As I was going to add a new fitting, I opted for these to include an isolation valve to aide future maintenance. I would have preferred a lever (possibly colour coded) rather than a screwdriver operated valve, but couldn't see these on the Toolstation website. These were part of a larger order, and I didn't have time to look elsewhere, so went with these. They work perfectly, but leaves me slightly disappointed.
Inexpensive flat-faced iso valves which were ideal for fitting a new tap with flexis. Worked a treat and the service at the Poole store was great.

Having fjj my at face gives increased flexibility to this valve. It is now compatible to use with a rubber washer giving connectivity to a large range of accessories. Glad I chose Toolstation for this as it is not readily available at other major websites.
Sealed first time on both ends, shuts off water, can't ask for more. Only time will tell regarding performance
