These isolating valves are fantastic. These days a lot of decent taps are foreign in origin and subsequently come with 3/8 tap tails. Instead of having to get normal isolating valves with a reducer on the end, these mean it’s cheaper and take up less space in a drawer unit and the screwdriver on/off valve is at the front and easily accessible.

A well manufactured angled isolation valve. Handy to use when fitting flexible tap tails as the valve can be fitted in a 360 degree rotation to prevent the tails kinking. No leaks after first installation verifies to me that the item is well engineered. For sure I would buy again.
