Value for the money , did the job I bought it for. 👍
Accidentally snapped steel brake pipe when changing flex hose. Although the guidance states it’s for copper or aluminium pipes it is a solid construction and flared steel pipes with ease for the female connector. Would recommend.
Does the job but i found it difficult to tighten the wing nuts, had to use grips
A good kit for pipe flaring and also good for holding pipes in the clamp without crushing them.
Does exactly what it says !
A budget price for the home mechanic!
Great tool easy to use. well made. Used for flaring steel brake lines and copper.
i ended up having to grind the 2 parts down to allow it to grip the smaller sized pipes, otherwise the pipe just slid through the jig when you were trying to make the flare.the flares did the job when they were made...get what you pay for,did its job in the end but no good for day to day use.
It’s ok not the best I’d spend a bit more next time
Good tool for brakes on all cars worked a treat very happy
Given this 4 stars to reflect the low price. Quality is ok, fiddly to use compared to more expensive tools, but ok if yiu take your time and only need it for occasional use. Main criteria is it was available locally in stock when needed at short notice.
Does everything I need it to do. Seems fine, used it for my classic car.
Broke in the matter of a few minutes spend a bit more and go to somewhere else's
Good tool to have, good value for money. Bar/handle could be longer for better leverage.
Ideal tool for flaring car brake pipes. Easy to use and creates perfect joints.
Excellent service and an excellent kit at great value and availability.
Toolstation always my 1st choice
Does the job, a little awkward due to the amount and shape of parts, but otherwise ok.
I'm impressed . I replaced 16 meters of brake hoses lines in my luton van. Every ending was perfect. The van passed the mot. I recommend making copper brake lines, but I don't think it would be so easy with steel lines. For copper 5 stars 🌟
Excellent value. Bought it to replace brake pipes on my classic 1955 Morris Oxford. It has done the job perfectly.
