I ordered the attached to replace the retainer part of a sash window fastener in a rental property. I specially ordered this item as the retainer on the website picture was the same as those use in other rooms in the property. However the retainer on the fastener supplied was different to the website picture. It still did the job but it doesn't match others in the property. Whilst I appreciate that manufacturers may change their products over time, I believed that Toolstation would have updated their website for such changes - clearly not. Unfortunately I had to use this item as I did not have time to try and find replacement and fit prior to tenants moving in
