Fischer Duopower Fixtainer

I had an old stone and other materials wall to hang some SPUR shelving rails to. Ordinary plugs kept pulling out. so I tried these Duopower plugs. They held a lot better.

A selection of 3 sizes in a sturdy box. Excellent quality fixings for most applications.

Trust me..but these and you will never buy any other plug brand 💯

Very impressed with the box, should last a while, the sizes are good and they grab hold in the hole as needed.

Bought these after reading a review recommending them for fixing up blinds into a steel lintel. I found that the plug didn’t want to go into the 6mm hole. Damaged the plaster trying to knock them in. Due to the splines on the hard grey part of the fixing these need some give in the surrounding material. Would probably work best in dry wall.

These wall plugs are the most reliable I have ever used, to the extent that I will not trust any other type. I use them at work and around my own home. They provide a strong hold, come in a variety of different sizes, and the convenient carry case enables easy transportation between jobs.

Another satisfied purchase from Toolstation. The only downside is that this item is a “non-stock” item, so I have to wait for delivery. Now that I am aware of this, I will make sure to order my pre-order more when I start to run low.

The best wall fixings out there. Definitely will buy again, but a bigger box next time. Fischer knows their stuff :)

These are great fixings but Fischer are know for not being competitive on price so I'm following most trades recommendations that you buy an affordable mixture and only use when the job calls for their requirement. Shame as I'd regularly buy more if the price was right.

These are expensive compared to others but I love the way I can use them for almost any material. Brick, Plasterboard etc and they always work and hold very securely. Handy carry box which stacks and can easily be refilled. Normally I struggle justifying paying pro prices for the DIY I do but these are an exception
