A mixed bag. Bought to replace a unit in a network I have in a rambling house. The ability to connect them all to sound when one detects a problem is great but they are advertised as having a 10 year life. Out of a five unit network that I have had for some years, I haven’t had al unit last longer than six years before giving battery or other issues
I have had these for a couple years with no problems so bought a set for my daughter's new house. First attempt at interlinking was problematic, only partially worked, so will need to try again but all alarms are working which is the main thing.

Easy to install and connect. I've used FireAngel products for a long time now, have had no issues and would always recommend.
I have now purchased 5 of these and 6 months later 3 of them have stopped working due to the life of the battery which is a sealed for life unit which states it has a 10 year life. Very expensive and Very Disappointed.
Added it to my existing system installed several years ago :-)
Be aware, that if you want to use the app, you'll need another FireAngel device called the Pro Connected Gateway I believe that's connected to the internet
I sacked that off because it costs three times the amount of the alarm and you can link them together without the app and it was pretty easy to do that
I've tested all four of them and they all sound simultaneously so happy with that
Not suitable for my HMO as it has to be wired linked. Returned for a refund.
Works well with all wifi2 connected fireangel devices, product is nice and loud.

Great service and the actual price cost was as it was when i first ordered last year. Some people have being selling for these smoke alarms for twice what i was charged a good old Tool Station. This is the third tome I've bought something from them and the service has always been first class as well as competitive price wise.
