These are fire grade which is great for building regs. Unfortunately, a couple of the latches kept catching.
Bought these on the clearance and not disappointed. Wanted four hinges to replace damaged ones, but bought these as they were on offer. Glad I did. The hinges are good quality and now have two spare for future use.

one of the hinges was a different colour compared to the other two, so would have looked out of place. Also signs of rust on areas of the hinges. One hinge ever so slightly bent.
Good quality hinges and lock, better than most I've used before, worth the money.
