First impressions are good. Straightforward to install and a decent flow rate. The fact that it’s 15Lts should be an indicator that it’s not a small unit. Not an unsightly unit either.
Boiler looks nice and modern. It was easy to install but unfortunately it leaked from the bottom seam of the shell, so it had to be returned. Put me off of the brand as a first impression!
Delivered in time, without any problem. The only issue sims to be the volume, which is actually 14l, no 15l. Very cheap compared with other brands. I'll see on time if worth the money or not.
Neat little water heater and quite easy to install. The only item that is poor is the led to let you know it is on as you can hardly see it and there is no information where to get the replacement sacrifice anode from and i have had no response from the maker
Very good price, but boiler started leaking from inside the case just 3 weeks after installation.
Staff were really good in responding to the problem.
Perfect service and delivery was so quick unreal
Good value and looks good
TS description is poor; this is the 14ltr model. Really efficient little heater. I am using it as temporary water supply during a refurb (sink + shower) - the tank insulation is really good as 10' heating at half temp setting last all day if just hand washing etc. If water heated to full and run slow, a 10min shower possible. One thing to note, the little LED is useless (really dim), so advise you'll need a PCU or socket with a neon light.
