I looked on the website and they said they had 3 in but when I went to the store to get one they said I'd have to order it because they didn't have any in ,I ordered it and it was there the next day , the letterbox was good quality.
Well constructed and simple to install as a replacement. Screws supplied, but as our door is very thick I needed an extra 5mm - no problem. Looks very good.

Easy to fit and good quality. Used to replace a much more expensive one supplied with a new door, which lasted two years before the plastic degraded. I liked the foam gasket on the outside section and the alternative screws to suit different door thickness. Good VFM.

Not very robust and quite flimsy for what it is meant for but so cheap I suppose you can’t expect too much. No good for narrow doors either.

This letterbox turned out to be an exact replacement (if not even better) for the original that was supplied with the Everest door. It is good quality and arrived the day after ordering from Toolstation online. It was a Bank Holiday weekend too. The only issue was that you really need 3 hands to install it (this would be the same for any replacement letterbox for a UPVC door) but I managed in the end. It looks very smart and I'm very pleased with it.
Returned product as it was a bit flimsy for the price, and for what I needed.
Looks good and so far does the job! Hope it stands up to the various agencies who use it. We dont get the chance as we live here!
I bought this as a replacement for a broken unit. It was easy to fit, well made and looks really stylish.
Good quality and classy colour, however, unfortunately had to return, wrong size or needed cutting for correct depth, ideal for a deeper door. Bought the tackier looking cheaper letterbox which was a bit of a faff, as the screws were too long, my son changed the screws then secured with washers.

This is a good letterbox and was simple to install in my upvc door. Has added a nice touch to my newly painted front door. I bought the matching handle in antique black to match and they look smart together.

Took the old letter box our first to measure it. The new one was a good fit.
This product was an easy swap for my old letter box, it's smart and seems to seal well. The springs are just right not to weak but not ready to hurt your fingers, also the price was very good.
Product itself is OK. Fitting was a different matter. Made for a thicker door than mine so had to reduce the sleeve size. Also meant the screws were too long so had to find some to fit
