Visited my designated store on spec on the 3rd day and the item was there awaiting my collection?
What happened to the text I was supposed to recieve??
Staff were very helpfull, but stated that 'sometimes, a text isn't sent'?
So what's the point of telling the customer to await a text.......???

Nice strong door handle. I bought it to replace the old one in my upvc front door. I bought the black letterbox to match. I think it finishes off the updated newly upvc painted door nicely.

So easy to fit. A tip. Put a couple of bits of sellotape around both handles to hold them in place before taking the screws out.Remove and replace inside handle first, replace sellotape on new inside handle, then replace outside one, fasten in place with sellotape, replace screws. 5 minute job.
Sent out two outside handles in a set. Can’t be used as no fixings holes to place screws in.
