Does what it says on the tin. Works well , sands well and takes paint well.
I had already used this product in the past, it is a really good filler.
Easy to use and sands down nice and smooth and goes off really fast
A good solid performer, with no mixing necessary. I recommend.
Good for the job, easy to use and cheap enough to give it a go
Dried quickly a lot more course than I expected quite hard to sand.
Cures well to a good colour (darker than initially). Matches light oak furniture
Good colour match, easy to apply and good value for money
Used inside and out on old Victorian window frames. Spreads really well. Easy to sand. Goes off quickly.
I have used Everbuild wood filler before, but it was the dark oak variety. I had a lot of small holes to fill in white painted wood, so finding that this was available in white was perfect. It dries quite quick to a hard sandable surface - exactly what I wanted. Plus it was only just over £4 a tub, so I bought 2.
smooth easy to rub down when dry leave nice finish
I've used several tubs of this over the last 2 years and it is very good and priced well. It sets within 24 hours, more quickly in warm weather. It does need to be built up in layers for thicker applications and it sands down to a fine finish. Light Oak is a reasonable match for both new pale oak and pine boards. The pine version is a little too yellow for my taste if you are waxing/varnishing over it. It has a reasonable tub life, but will eventually harden over months even if sealed with polythene under the lid (hence 4 stars not 5).
Ever Build Purpose Wood filler 5 stars *************
I have used this indoors and it was fine but when I used it outside in winter (damp/cold), unfortunately it did not set.
Something to be aware of depending on where you are using it
Proper work in the woods and a good joint, I like,
Good easy to use product good value for money excellent
White wood filler, ideal for filling nail holes in primed mdf window cills, facing after we had our windows replaced. Sands down smooth and takes paint without a problem.
Does the job and you get a large volume for your money.
Decent filler but not enough to secure screw. I should probably have bought a resin filler instead.
Bought it to help me fix some screw holes, it was simple hopeless, I wouldn’t buy it again, however if you have any other use for it it might be helpful for you!
