Seems better quality than previous ES tubular latches.Good spring and bolt through piercings. Time will tell.
Was exactly what I was looking for, good quality easy to refit as this was a replacement for a broken latch.
OK but not as strong a spring as I envisaged. At 25mm hole required its tricky with an imperial 35mm thick door. I've used a morticer to cut an 18x25mm oval hole on subsequent doors after the first one
Very good quality and looks great when fitted. Returns the handle to upright position in a smooth motion.
Looks sturdy, had the finish I wanted and my joiner complimented me on how nice it was to be able to work with quality products when installing it, instead of the usual cheap rubbish. Looks like it'll hold up for a long time

Needed an identical replacement for a broken latch. This was it, so I bought it and it fittted easily using all the original holes and screws and without any fuss. Now works perfectly. Price was not too high so thoroughly recommended. Toolstation are a pleasure to do business with, so what more could you ask for? It came with a variety of different coloured metal face plates and strikers but i actually used the oned that were orininally fitted to the door.
I brought two of these as I wasn't sure which one was needed. This one is perfect and is installed and working.
To reverse the latch the very small silver coloured pin. This can be done with a paperclip or something similar from behind. Then you can rota the latch to suit you door opening.
Not fitted/ used this yet but quality seems very good and it's a good replacement for the Easi-T latch that had broken. We wanted to use the original cover plate and this (unlike others we tried) fitted perfectly. Great item if the door is used a lot, ie like a lounge door and also for a rented property.
Perfect replacement for damaged one. Easy to fit and good to have all the necessary screws.

I feel obliged to write this to correct the complaint about it only fitting one way - the latch rotates so it can be used for doors closing in either direction. Admittedly this isn't clear in the description and isn't obvious if you're just doing a one off at home, so it'd be handy if Toolstation put it in the description.
Other than that it's a latch, the door shuts properly so what more do you need?
This is expensive compared with other latches but the spring strength is poor. With a reasonably heavy handle it feels weak and floppy. I don't expect it to last long and will have to look elsewhere for a decent latch.
Really well made. Fitted on new doors to pair with handles. Should last long.

The latch actually fits one way. One type for a right hand opening door and one for left hand. They are NOT interchangable.
I ordered 4 and none of them fit
There is no information on the web to inform buyers of this
They have to be returned for the other version.
The latch clearly shows a stamp saying THIS SIDE UP
