I needed a replacement lock for one of our house doors and this one was the ideal replacement.
It was the exact size of the old one and the same spec, fire rated. Very easy to fit, be aware you will need a 19mm and a 13mm drill bit for the euro barrel shape.
Did the job perfectly. Added thumb turn euro lock, job done.

Bought 5 of these to upgrade HMO bedroom door locks. Major design fault where the latch almost always catches on the lock body. Bought the Union strongBOLT 85247 which are excellent. Of course they dont have keys, the lock needs a Euro cylinder

The lock feels nice and works well with the barrel we chose, would recommend for a fire door anytime.
Good value lock. euro cylinders deal with the 'keyhole' problem and make it much cheaper if you need to 'change the locks'
