Can't fault the apparent build quality but the instructions are a disgrace. The slightly more expensive Union includes helpful templates, this product has a small sheet of paper the whole of one side devoted to a sashlock which it isn't and the very last line of the other side says disregard the other side.
The instructions say you need a 25.4mm drill bit. Nonsense. How much does a paper template cost?
