If you want a professional looking hdmi lead on a data plate. This is easy to set up.
Good Quality product, works well. No problems fitting it. Requires Faceplate to fit into.

Can just about squeeze this into a 25mm backbox (some careful trimming of the strain relief on the socket might be required) No percieved loss of video quality and a reasonable price
Normally I have a very good experience with products from Toolstation but these HDMI modules caused problems with the signal causing drop outs, on a run that wasn't particularly long (2m hdmi inside the wall plus 1m fly lead at each end)
I replaced them with ones costing half the price from eBay and they worked fine, I can only presume they are using a very thin wire inside which is causing excessive resistance. Avoid.
