Good, solid lock. Exudes quality. Very shiny chrome!
Top tip: put a few drops of 3-in-1 or similar lubricating oil around the circular outer edge of the rotating slot that the bar from the cylinder enters, then the action will be quiet and smooth instead of rough and dry.
Why these manufacturers don't oil their products properly in the factory is beyond me.
Good value item. Replaced another ERA nightlatch from 1999. The backing plate used the same screw pattern and was easy to swap. Only 4 stars as the lock lever is pretty stiff to use, but this may ease over time.
This was a like for like replacement so easy to install.
Excellent kit that enables replacement of barrel with 3 keys as well as deadlock.

Replacement after mine had broken internally, fitted near perfect without me having to change the key receiver part. Saved me a fortune in not having to have new keys cut. Job done.
Not as good as the previous model I had that could double lock and also secure with key from the inside but this one was in stock and I needed one in a hurry.

Bought as ERA trusted make. All good except the "snick" button doesn't work properly. Will have to replace the lock.

Clear instructions to fit. Looks and feels chunky but good for the price, plus you are supplied with three keys which is a bonus.
