I was disappointed to find that the screws enclosed were insufficient in length to secure the key lock cylinder to the main lock body.
Great quality, old one had lost its mechanism so bought this one and has been a perfect replacement, no issues since having the product
Easy to install and well build quality to last long
Overall satisfactory product but latch and mortice do not align vertically. The faceplate illustration shows that the latch is wider than the mortice. The box striker has straight edges, allowing play of the mortice when the latch is opened. The box striker working edge should be stepped so that both the latch and the mortice fit solidly.
The lock was in stock but next collection was exactly as informed and I collect it without fuss. I like the email receipt of things order as it doesn't get lost. Very pleased

Excellent product, easy to install and great value for money. The process of buying was so simple to do, ordering on line and collecting the next day was quick and efficient.
Nicely made and robust lock at a good price. Unfortunately it didn't quite match the dimensions of the body and key holes of the previous Chubb version, which meant carrying out some modifications to the door
