At the price it was never likely to be top quality. However, the finish is good and matches others handles we have. Lightweight material, but doesn't appear to tarnish & fitter has made everything work asit should with no complaints.
Passage door knobs are ok and easy to use. They are a little roughly finished behind the knob, not sharp but poorly finished compared to similar old ones removed.
Handles are fine although the size of the hole is difficult to form in old doors. The latch mechanism failed due to the feeble actuator disc slipping past the latch lug. We reused our old latch.
Very fast delivery and exactly as described.
Not the most stylish, but the only ones that covered the large holes left by the old gold door knobs that I had.
One star removed as I think they are a bit expensive for what they are - the entrance version of these with a key lock is actually cheaper.

Not very smooth mechanism, but does the job. It’s a bit loose, final finish is acceptable. Not quite happy the its operate.
Fitted one to replace an existing door knob and the mechanism jammed within a few hours of fitting, locking us out of the room completely. After breaking into the room, it was exchanged for another, in the hope it was a one-off. Second has lasted a few days, but some concerning notchy feeling starting to come in, so this one's coming out before it fails as well.

Good replacement for an old cheap passage latch, fitted with only minimal adjustment.
Bought as part of bedroom overhaul and needed to replace existing similar but brass finish. Straightforward change, but don’t understand why designers can’t ensure that where there are screws it would be better for the installer if the design accommodated access for a screwdriver without the need for this to be at an angle to the screw.
Good replacement for Weiser type door knobs and easy to fit.
Good quality and easy to fit. The only down side is the price which is high for this kind of item.
Well made set, with the dimensions for the holes already in my doors. I've tried cheaper, and just buying the latch, but have now come back to getting the complete set as it looks like it will last much longer.
The lock looked good and was pretty easy to fix.
Easy to install and great item
The product itself is fine. The only problem was using it with an existing lock/latch as, in my case, the spindle sizes were different. Had to remove the fixed spindle from the ERA set and use the sightly smaller one from the existing lock. Seems to work okay.
Great item and a good price pity toolstation does not stock a holesaw of the correct diameter
