Quality is good but holes didn't quite line up with existing hinge. Luckily was screwing into wooden frame so ended up being ok. Bit fiddly to install on your own.
Bought to replace aged hinges. A very easy job to do. The week point of all these hinges is the friction slider, I guess they need replacing every 10 yrs. After a couple of weeks these hinges are working well.

Ordered online and was ready for pickup fairly promptly. However item was different from the picture and not suitable for my needs. Staff were helpful and sorted a refund. Now just waiting for payment to come back to my account. Been 4 days now.

Well made hinge by ERA. Like another reviewer the hinge I was replacing was exactly like the photo with a metal top. The item supplied had a plastic top/cap which meant the window sat fractionally too low using the original mounting points and didn't clear the frame at the bottom.
Rather than drilling more holes, I was able to take out the plastic insert and mount using the original holes. Not ideal but it worked.
Luckily this was at ground level in a conservatory and not on the first floor.
I would recommend on the proviso that 2mm can make a great difference. Measure carefully
I brought these to re-place broken one,s at home on my double glazed windows , saved paying for a window specialist , as these are easy to replace as i am a builder and even a handyman or novice can change over takes 10 minutes to do each window for under a fiver each one saving apx: over hundred pound on labour/specialist .
