Good lock, need a spare door plate. This breaks easily if the door is forced
Nice solid lock. Smooth movement and easy to replace an old orn out Chubb double locking Night latch. Lokks and feels like ait's good quality buy only time will tell.
Bought as a direct replacement for one which jammed due to a breakage within. Had to drill a hole in the back of the case to release the catch on the old one. Probably a weakness that will present itself again. Yes I know that I should have fitted a different one but really didn’t want to rehash the woodwork.

Unfortunately, after a week the catch to hold the lock on the latch keeps sticking and the only way to release it and lock the door is to remove the lock.
Got the item and good job I checked in the box before we got home as the box had already been opened and the keys removed.
Surely returns to shop shoukdbe checked.

Good quality latch, solidly built. Didn’t realise there were 2 sizes (40 & 60mm) but they exchanged it without any issues.

Only reason it's not 5* is sometimes they can be a bit 'dry' inside and don't glide into the receiver as smoothly as they should, nothing a bit of lubricant doesn't sort.
As long as it's kept well lubricated it's a good lock.
Good looking strong security night, latch, has a bit of weight to it.
