I am eighty years old, when I arrived at the store with the old elbow and asked for a replacement, the young lady at the counter said she could not without a code, and referred me to a catalogue at the front of the store. I tried for about 10 minutes and could not find the item or the code. I returned to the counter and the lady was not available and the young man there looked at my old item measured it looked at his computer and found the code and less than a minute produced the required item. I suggest that you train and evaluate some of your staff what good customer service, at the time of my visit the young lady was useless and the young man was excellent.

Just the job for that simple quick plumbing job. but never reuse an old connector as the serrated washers loose there bite. GET A NEW ONE EVER TIME for sure
