The unit was a significant weight -some 45 Kgs. Imagine my dismay when unpacking it to discover the screws for fixing the pillar to the baseplate were missing. This is not an easy item to send back. As the parts were by now strewn all over my garage I went out and bought the 17mm head bolts needed I have tried speaking to Toolstation Customer service who sounded helpful but did nothing. Assembly was reasonably straightforward except the gear rack. it is not clear from the instructions which way up the rack should be fitted. Overall the drill seems to work ok
