I have only used my new Einhell mower twice. It performs well and is easy to push ,much like pushing a pram around the garden. It easily cuts my 30 metre lawn and there is still energy left in the batteries which I will always charge immediately . Grass box is quite heavy but that’s to be expected when the mower has done its job.
Really pleased with the cut and battery power. High adjustable handlebar makes
it easy to handle. Battery cover is a tad flimsy and makes it awkward to access the batteries.
Two x 4.0 Ah batteries provided enough power to enable me to cut both of my lawns, the larger (198 sqm) and the smaller (70 sqm). The operation was relatively easy, despite the grass collection box having a lower capacity than my previous mower, but it was well compacted once full.
Afterwards, I checked the remaining levels in both batteries; each was displaying 1 LED flashing. I then recharged both batteries simultaneously, using separate chargers for each. The recharge time was 90 minutes.
Although not necessary in my case, I'm not sure that batteries could have lasted for the claimed 500 sqm. I also think that the serial number could have been easier to read. Overall, the machine performed well on first use.
