Used for lawn weed and feed, drops contents very quickly on all settings. If it gets slightly wet all the holes bung up. Did the job but wasn’t particularly impressed
Good price, simple to put together and use. You do need to follow the instructions about establishing what flow rate is required but not difficult to do.
This is a really great buy. Similar price to the smaller cheaper feeling green ones from the other local stores, which we have had before, but this is better made, sturdy and larger. Worked really well to spread pre-seed fertiliser and then grass seed over about 200 m² in an afternoon. Actually, 100% with fertiliser, 90% with seed as the max flow could have been better with the large lawn seed that we had, but only took 10 minutes to run over 200 sqm again. A few weeks later on and the knackered lawn is starting to look lush.

Very handy tool to spread lawn feed evenly.
Hand sprinkling is very difficult and impossible to make it even. Highly recommend

This item us good quality but it does not have a quantity dose for the setting range, u need to do practice runs on a polythene sheet to find the correct setting of the quantity you need.

Some of the plastic isn't of the sturdiest type so depending on what you're spreading you may not want to load it to the brim. Apart from that, great value for money.

I won't be predictable and use the Ronseal classic, but it works exactly as described and is easy enough to assemble and operate.
I previously had a Scotts drop spreader that only lasted 3 seasons despite careful care. This Einhell product seems much better quality and sturdily manufactured and very easy to calibrate. I believe that I should see good life and service from this product. Also an extremely good price,
