Product arrived well packed, in good condition with all items separated by type and labelled.
Well made. Like many self assembly products whoever designed it appears not to have assembled it. There are no assembly instruction apart from illustrations which part goes where but no sequence suggested. This can result in having to disassemble & reasasemble several times to achieve the correct result.
Very easy to assemble (parts labelled / bagged up). Sturdy and lightweight.
The sawhorse is just about robust enough when assembled (it took me an hour) and the design avoids the high bar that you risk your saw hitting with other sawhorses, but it’s very tricky to put together and the instructions are basic. Two people are recommended as you need to be a contortionist to do it on your own. A couple of tips - keep the screws loose until you’re sure everything’s right and fit all the side bars so they’re flush with the vertical bars, using the longer screws for the overlapping ends of the diagonal and horizontal bars.
Raw edges on the metal make it dangerous to assemble. I sliced my finger open when my hand slipped tightening the nuts. I wouldn’t use it without filing down all the sharp edges.
The assembly instructions are hands-down the worst I’ve ever encountered. Once I figured out how to assemble after a degree of trial and error i was left with a rather flimsy log saw horse which I suspect will not stand the test of time. Who knows though. It may surprise me.

The instructions are absolutely awful. Also you will ideally need to people to build it as it needs propping up as you construct it. The pictures on the box are wrong (so don’t follow them). Other than that, it works as a decent saw tressle! For the love of gosh Einhell… make a quick video tutorial in future

Does what it should for a fair price. A lot safer than using you foot to hold thinks while sawing!
The instructions are adequate, just, but the product itself is quite functional and good value for money.
Solid piece of equipment so far, teeth are great for gripping logs and folds away nicely. My only gripe is the instructions could be a little clearer.

Very reasonably priced and effective log saw horse - toothed edge makes it much easier to saw than similar models without as logs don't rotate.
This really is a sturdy and very useful log saw horse and very well worth the money. An area for improvement would be to have clearer instructions, a close up or expanded view of where the cross braces are bolted would prove invaluable.
As per previous reviews, poor assembly instructions but great to use and much safer than a Black and Decker workmate!
The Einhell log saw horse 80cm length is excellent
I looked at various budget sawhorse options and went for this because (unlike some of the competitors) it didn’t have a supporting strut running along the bottom of the Vs that would get in the way when sawing through a log. Having used it I have found it simple but sturdy enough. The teeth on the Vs work well. Assembly was a bit of a pain because the instructions are sparse and although all the parts are labelled it’s easy to get things the wrong way round if you’re not careful. I found a video on you-tube that although too fast forwarded to be a lot of help, still gave a bit of a sense of what you needed to do. Overall, good value and I’m happy with it.
Why make your own when you can get this little beauty for £30! It’s surprisingly sturdy and works really well. The toothed edges hold the logs pretty well. The low struts give you loads of room to stop you hitting metal with your chainsaw bar after you get through the log. Lightweight and folds easily for transporting or storage. Highly recommended.
Did the job. Bit of a faff putting together. Seemed flimsy at first but once in use proved to be handy piece of kit.
Absolute rubbish , won't even hold a medium size branch without twisting and bending
