Good quality and plenty of power for a compact paddle mixer. Used for self leveling latex and bonding plaster. Will mix any mortar with ease
Bought this for mixing mortar when repointing a 17m garden wall as I got fed up with hand mixing batches of muck. Excellent bit of kit that saved me so much time and did the job perfectly.
Can’t fault it for the money ploughed through mortar mixes when you don’t have space and access to use a drum mixer even comes with a paddle attachment included in the kit
Seemz to be a good mixer, only used a couple of times so far,but seems to be good value for money.
Excellent tool, works smoothly and nice. Very good and handy mixer
We use these often, perfect for mixing up plaster and mortar and doesn’t break the bank.
Great tool. Does what it’s suppose to. Makes great cakes
Had a job too small for my static mixer but too big for hand mixing so bought this Einhell 1400W paddle mixer. Easy to set-up & use, good performance with 2 gear ratios & variable speed control. Well made and feels sturdy in use, very happy with it, should have bought one ages ago! Given a 4 star rating as the only issue I had was with the AC cord rubber gland from the motor housing that guides the cable out to the side & under your right hand, gland would be better facing back towards the operator or at least at a 45 degree angle. Well had to 'winge' about something!!
I have never owned or used a Paint/Mortar Mixer before, what a revelation beats mixing small amounts by hand in a bucket! Firstly it was value for money very good build quality and easy to use, the variable speed control was invaluable and mixing was easy and efficient with plenty of power to do the job. I used it to mix a small concrete footing. Like all my other Einhell products its excellent yet another gem from Einhell
If you can’t carry a full size cement mixer around with you then this is a great alternative. Beats mixing by shovel any day.
Good tool for the price.
Powerful and good adjustment of speed
I use this daily not had more than a 2 bag mix on from it but powered through it with no issues. Mixed up dab with it and it's fine but I had a big job recently mixing 2-3 bags at a time and I opted to used my megamixer as it can rip through no problem. This just takes a bit uo chucking about to mix through dab. 95% of my jobs are domestic so no massive areas to cover so for this is absolutely perfect....so if you're a domestic spread it's perfect. If you're worried about not having enough power and doing 4-6 bags mixes of finish, bonding or dab then you really need to be investing in a more expensive mixer like a megamixer as that's built for things like that. I'm not saying it wouldn't do 4 bags but doing it daily might eventually kill it. Hope this helps other plasterers!
Greta value for money. Used it for cement and sand mixture and am very happy with the efficiency and speed.
Does what it says on the tin and doesn’t get hot or burn out
User friendly and powerful. Even on slow speed it feels strong. Mixes mortar well. Used it for paving slabs. Well balanced. Not a stain physically to use. Should have bought one years ago. Better than paddle in a drill.
Good quality, easy to use, good value for money
Bought for a five bag job where I didn’t want to wreck my power drill with a whisk attachment. Plaster needs a lot of torque and this mixer paddle does not disappoint. Quiet and very controllable with the handle mounted speed controller. Also used for a couple of small wheelbarrow mixes of concrete where I didn’t want to get the full size mixer out and setup. All in all, a great buy.
Only used to mix half a dozen self levelling compound and plaster but so far so good. Brilliant for the diyer but dont know how it would hold up for a tradesman using it all day everyday. For what i need its just the job
